POST#8 JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED

 ITS BEEN 1 YEAR AND 6 MONTHS AFTER THE DEATH OF MICHAEL JACKSON june 25,2009-december 29,2010.....delaying tactics of the defendants and the syndicated judges being paid to delay the trial for months is really  obvious in michael`s case ....michael have undergone autopsy and toxicology test  by the LOS ANGELES POLICE DEPARTMENT AND 2ND AUTOPSY WAS MADE BY A WELL KNOWN PRIVATE COMPANY CORONERS OFFICE  REQUESTED  BY THE JACKSON FAMILY....NOW MURRAY AND COMPANY  WANT TO STEAL THE EVIDENCES.......THEY WANT TO DESTROY EVIDENCES BECAUSE ALL OF THE EVIDENCES SHOWS IT IS A MURDER CASE NOT A HOMICIDE....

I HOPE ITS NOT TOO LATE FOR THE FBI (FEDERAL BUREAU INVESTIGATION) TO REINVESTIGATE THE DEATH OF MICHAEL JACKSON IF JUSTICE FAILS IN THE HANDS OF LAPD......WE ALL KNEW THE POLICE BRUTALITY MADE BY THE POLICE OFFICERS WHO HANDLED MICHAEL 2003....I HOPE THERE WILL BE FAIR TRIAL

ELEMENTS OF A COMMON LAW MURDER ARE THE FF:

1. KILLING-at common law life ended with cardio-pulmonary arrest. The total and permanent cessation of blood circulation and respiration. With advances of in medical technology courts have adopted irreversible cessatioin of all brain function as marking the end of life..

3. BY ANOTHER HUMAN- perpetrator
4. WITH MALICE AFORETHOUGHT-originally malice aforethought carried its everyday meaning-deliberately and premeditated killing of another motivated by ill will.Murder necessarily required that an appreciable time pass between the formation and execution of the intent to kill. The courts broaden the  the scope of murder by elliminating requirement of actual premeditationand deliberation as well as true malice. all that was required for malice aforethought to exist is that the perpetrator act with one of the following state of mind that contibutes malice.a. INTENT TO KILL.....    b. INTENT TO INFLICT GRIEVOUS BODILY HARM........      c. RECKLESS INDIFFERENCE TO AN UNJUSTIFIABLE HIIGH RISK TO HUMAN LIFE   ......d. FELONY
